RETURN POLICY
We have 7 days returns policy for all products except beachwear and babydoll, beachwear has 3 days return policy and babydolls has no return policy. If customer is not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they have the sole right to return it within return policy time frame from the date of delivery.
Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging.
Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to the secret wish office written below, once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the customer bank account of whatever amount customer has spent on shipping (proof required).

In case a reverse pick-up is not done for any reason (due to any reason owing to customer or the courier company's mistake), responsibility lies on the customer to contact secret wish to arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to contact secret wish timely to arrange the reverse pick-up again may lead to rejection for return request. Return request only accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for all products and 3 days for the beachwear and babydolls has no return policy.
REFUND POLICY
Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
Refunds are made as follows:
If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer. We need following bank details – beneficiary name, account number, ifsc code, bank, branch to process the refund.
If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.
The refund is initiated within 48 hours after the returned parcel has been delivered to our warehouse.
If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you with shipping charges.
**COD fee of Rs.20 will be deducted at the time of refund for COD orders.**
**Discount Deduction on Returns: If the order value falls below the required amount and no longer qualifies for the offer, the offer discount will be subtracted when processing the refund.**
